Seattle Weather Update: Urban flooding, as the rain started as soon as the snow stopped, and the rain hasn't let up since. Schools are closed on the coast because of high winds, power outages, and flooding. Locally, the drains can't handle the load and we've got flooding bad enough that some business parks are closing due to rising waters! We're well on the way to breaking the 24-hour record for rain (5.02 inches, set Oct 20, 2003). Lovely! The good news is that the rest of the week will be really calm and normal. We just have to ride out this one last storm.

2007 LEGO Advent Calendar Day 3: I'm not sure what this is supposed to be. A chest with flaming bottles in it. Maybe Molotov cocktails?

Ha! One of the major annoyances of my drive to work has its own website! I wish it had an RSS feed.
