So, I know. There's this massive bit of Doctor Who news, and I haven't reported it yet. I'll explain why. It's because there is a large part of me that really doesn't believe that the new Doctor Who will make it to the screen, and even with all the evidence for it, I can't quite bring myself to pay that much attention to it until I see the final form it takes for myself. Silly? Yeah.
So, this is who has apparently been cast as the Doctor. His name is Christopher Eccleston and he's been in a lot of different movies that I've never seen, as well as various TV shows in which he's become quite well known in Britian.
The companion, who's name is apparently Rose Tyler, has not been cast yet.
