This is from a Green Arrow story ("Gayland") in More Fun #77. I have to admit, these crooks have it all figured out. If the duo don't get speared on the "The House of Swords", they are doomed to land in the crocodile pen just beyond.
You just have to love a funpark named "Gayland" that has a house of swords and a crocodile pen.
