Smallville: Visage: Wow. Yeah, intense from start to finish. This show is so much fun, especially when you don't think too hard about it. And the events and revelations in this episode will definitely stick around, though some of it may seem rather... final. 4 starfish.

The Supreme Court has decided that extending copyrights infinitely is not unconstitutional. Check out the blog of Lawrence Lessig (who argued that it was unconstitutional) for up-to-date reports.
