Whole body lifts. When you lose weight too fast (due to gastric bypass surgery), you sometimes need to get that extra skin tucked away. Thankfully, I'm not losing weight that fast and I'm exercising as I go, so I'm not having this particular problem. Another reason for me to avoid the surgery. *shudder*

A moment of silence for James Kim, who left his family to find help after seven days of freezing and starvation. I doubt that he felt he had a choice.
