Today's morning weigh-in shows that I've lost over 110 pounds since I started my efforts on June 10th 2006, but gained back a few pounds in the last month. This is my monthly check in.
Thanks to being more concerned with moving than monitoring my weight, I've gained a little recently. The thing is, a person's weight varies a lot over even just a day, so it's hard to figure out whether or not the weight gain is significant at this point.
I also have my Wii Fit, which hasn't been getting consistent use because of the packing and moving. However, when I use it, the exercises help a lot. Once we're settled, by next month's report I hope, it should become more of a factor in my weight maintenance.
