I am of the opinion that this is nature for cats. My brother has a box of DVDs in the living room and it's too full, and my cat often knocks off the top ones.
Cat owners should never have fragile knick knacks.

LOL. I agree-cat owners can't keep fragile items. We've tried everything to keep our tabby off of the china cabinet. Double sided tape-he licked it off. A motion sensor alarm-he not only wasn't afraid of it, he walked up to it and deliberately bopped it to set it off. A motion sensor air freshener-he walked past it and nothing happened. Then I picked it up to see if it was turned on, and it went off in my face. Now I know how Wile E. Coyote felt.
