And lastly, I also thank TangognaT for compiling the list of elevens into one big list for everyone to enjoy and learn from.

The Tale of One Bad Rat by Bryan Talbot. It takes awhile to figure out what is happening in this one, but once I figured it out I felt a surge of rage along with sympathy and terror. The mere fact that I felt the emotions so strongly was a sign to me that this is a good book. Not a big surprise, considering that it was recommended by Steve Lieber. Definitely recommended. Highly recommended.
