The Final Word, For Now

It's time to bring up Good Retailing again, with the Friends of Lulu's How To Get Girls (into your store) (PDF file). This is a nifty little booklet about retail shops, with a nice intro by Neil Gaiman. Even if you don't run a store, you really ought to read this. If you do run a store, any kind of store, you should definitely read this.

I bring this up because I visited When Fangirls Attack and saw a link to this great PSA for Comic Shop Owners that certainly rang a few bells for me, and then noticed Elayne's comment on the post which directed people to the PDF file. I recall reading the booklet when it first came out and thinking how much I wished every shop owner would pay attention to it.
