Diebold Machines Even LESS Secure Than Previously Thought

Slashdot and Boing Boing are both reporting on this story which alleges that Diebold voting machines can be made to read an unsecured card with the flip of a single switch. In short, the machines are completely unreliable and totally useless as voting machines. They are designed to allow unauthorized people to alter their programming with a flip of a switch.

This is too important to ignore. All Diebold voting machines MUST be returned to the manufacturer as intentionally flawed, and any county that's been tricked into buying these machines must be refunded.
