Seahawks

Dish network solved whatever the issue was with the local Fox affiliate just in time for me to watch the Seahawks game yesterday.

The first half was dreadful for Seattleites. The second half, however, lived up to every fantasy I had about the game. It was simply fantastic. It wouldn't have been quite as intense without the dreadful first half, but that's what happens.

I could have done without the last 30 seconds, but although I'm disappointed at the result, I'm happy with how my hometown team managed to come back and take the lead right at the end. If the defense had held up the 'Hawks would be headed to San Fran.

As was pointed out repeatedly during the game, the Seahawks are a young team that has a great deal of potential in the future. So maybe we'll see that Super Bowl run next year, right?
